If Yale doorman won’t lock

If you get a error signal when trying to lock. Please try to give the door a push and then lock again

I have same problem. Door will not locked automaticly. I can ask what u do with this lock? Is that fixed?

In our case it’s because a rubber band on the inside swells when the sun hits the door during the some hours before lunch. That results in the need of an extra push when the door is closed, for the lock to work correctly
