That's the least of the issues. How about all the cars with floodlights less than 30 feet from the 3 of them in the road while they're running and no one shoots them. OR the fact they ran away from the big truck by staying infront of it instead of going left or right out of the road. You just gotta let that stuff go, it's annoying and makes no sense but as long as its only occasional nonsense I can still enjoy a show like this

It's "poetic license" and a nod to those who played the games. The equivalent part in the game Joel's sniper had infinite ammo and no reload as well.
