Sarah Jo Lawless felt helpless when she learned her newborn baby, Annabelle, suffered from hearing loss. She told her husband, Tyler, and together, they faced the possibility that their daughter might never be able to hear. After numerous trips to the doctor, Annabelle was fitted for hearing aids. Tyler wasn't able to make the trip to the doctor they day doctors wanted to test the devices so Sarah Jo took a video.
