Before the dubstep, it's a theme from the the movie: "District 9" I can't think of the exact piece off hand but it's definitely from that movie.
Im not lieing, my uncle was working in middle east for over 6 years, he came back 2 years ago in spring. We went to range in Colorado, shot with many weapons including German ones like MG-36. I tried M16 original one, and AK-47 original one, M16 didnt jam at all, and Ak-47 didnt have a very nice accurancy, you might talk about range but still it took bullets to hit target, to where i wanted, i wanted to do headshot, on a structure or something, but it actually as much as i remember hit shoulder.

I've tried many version of M16. Such as M16A1,A2,A3,A4 and had no problem with them. And no i did burst fire, aimed very well, and it felt like recoil was also a problem, weapon looked very easy to hold but when you shoot it felt like it was dancing. So it was eighter problem with recoil or just accurancy. I could shot other items without a problem, i had to do one by one bullet per burst fire to achieve what i wanted. That wasnt the case with mid to close range, but i did feel alot of recoil.

I will tell you once. Remember it and don't forget. In Afghanistan there was a civil war and instability, the USSR entered armies for support of one of the sides of the internal conflict. Armies were entered exactly for 10 years. Passed 10 years and we disengaged armies from Afghanistan. After that in Afghanistan there was the pro-Soviet regime which Americans and their Al-Qaida broke three years.

@Mocsk well not just handguns but pretty much any small arm and on the newer models .50 cal bullets too I believe, but yeah that's pretty much the whole reason for it, plus it's a whole lot more comfortable up on top, haha.

That's not a "typical habit". BMP and BTR armor protects mostly from fragmentation projectiles and smaller caliber bullets, so if there is a firefight with use of handguns, grenades or artillery fire - you won't see anyone riding on top of a BMP. However when there is a higher possibility to run over a mine or especially run into an ambush - all the soldiers will sit on the armor providing extra sets of eyes and having at least some chances to jump off the vehicle if it's shot with an RPG.
P.S. As for the lack of body armor - there's no lack of it in army stocks. It's more of psychological thing - troops often like NOT to use it. Not because it's bad, but because it gives an additional weight. Still, they're being forced to use it.
It's kinda different in US army, for example, where soldier/his relatives often won't receive his insurance if he wasn't wearing armor in a combat operation when he gets wounded/killed.

i dont know if you go to high school, college, or you already got some work yourself. But tell me was it hard for you to get a job, if not what do you think about it personally. Because the US economy is still holding strong but one thing i know for sure was that the 90s were the best when i was born in 1993 and i constantly played spyro the dragon, had fun with my cousins,as well as having a close friend in elementary school. Some of the best times of my life was when i was a kid in the 90s.

Because Soviet-Russian IFVs were made for thermonuclear global war. Their armor is strong enough to withstand artillery shell shards, which deals most casualties in war between regular armies, they have good NBC protection built in, and they're amphibious, which allows for high mobility, but puts serious weight limit restrictions.
They weren't intended to protect well from IEDs and mines, that deal approx. 0.5-1% casualties in such type of conflict. That's why infantry has to sit on top of them
