Sukiyabashi Jiro Roppongi

Edited in the vein of Jiro Dreams of Sushi -- this is a version of my visit to Takashi's (Jiro's son's) restaurant in Roppongi Hills, Tokyo.
Both songs are by Philip Glass from his soundtrack for The Hours. The first piece is called "Morning Passages" and the second is called "The Hours".
