It is nice to hear that you had to block someone😂….i just started selling on Posh about a month ago. I price competitively and I do give discounts and accept offers. I have a nwot skims sweater priced at $38 and another seller offered me $12, I countered at $30 which is my standard 20% off, she came back with $12. I just let it go and expire, she then offered $12 again, I declined. Then she offered $14, I blocked her. She is another seller, I would be mortified to do that to another seller……..I felt horrible blocking someone my first month in, I hope this isn’t the norm 🤨
I just started selling on Ebay. Dabbled previously while working, but, now really striving to make a go of it. I blocked another seller who kept sending low ball offers w/zero follow-up, payment, message etc. After 2x's I was done with her. She is now blocked. I simply do not understand why some pple like to mess with others.
@@Yodi430 Yeah, I don’t get it, what’s the point🤷♀️…… like Becky’s customer demanding the tracking number, if it hasn’t shown up on posh the PO hasn’t scanned it, therefore it cannot be tracked. I mean if your life depends on getting your posh order you need to rethink things or plan better. Honestly, people get lost in the minutiae and loose sight of what is genuinely important.
I understand the buyer is difficult and probably was having a bad day, but giving tracking # is pretty easy. Wouldn't it be easier to just give her the tracking # in the sales email instead of going back and forth with her? Again, not saying she wasn't a bad customer, but for seller's sanity's sake, it seems much easier to give her what she wanted
I've had this happen before, no it's not worth giving them the tracking number because then they'll just say they see that it's not tracking and that you haven't sent it.
This is a great week of sales being a part time reseller. I am a part time reseller as well so I know it’s not easy to get numbers like this! Happy holidays!!!
I've blocked more than one person on Poshmark. One was a guy who was low-key stalking me. I would have given her the tracking number and ended it. She sounds like she has some kind of OCD, which is unfortunate. But you always approach everything with good humor, which is so inspiring!
I was doing SOOO good too, but then took off for 5 days, and now its dead again.. BOOOO... I have been listing, but sadly it takes weeks for ebay AND poshmark to notice you again. Learned my lesson not to vacation in December!
the same shoe lady thing happened to me last year over a lost tie....a 12$ sale.... i never found out what happened to the pkg. it never tracked and she was insisting I never sent it. blocked her. people are nuts sometimes
I do agree with you that your buyer was a pain in the tush and I would have also invited her to the "block party" after the sale was completed and a crappy review received. However, I have to take issue with your statement that you would have gone to the post office yourself if it had been a $500 sale. I've been in sales most of my life and have sold real estate for the last 25 years. Every buyer, from an inexpensive condo to a multi-million dollar home, gets the same level of service and exemplary treatment. Usually, it's the smaller deals and first time buyers who drive me nuts but you never know who they know and if you want life-time clients you treat them all with kid gloves. A buyer of mine who bought a
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVED WICKED!! Best movie ever and I have been listening to the soundtrack at least twice a day. I want to fly to Ohio just to take my mom because she hasn't gone! The best!
Becky, since I'm retired (and selling clothes on ebay part-time), part of me is cringing, and screaming, "Nooo!! I don't wanna multi-task!" 😂 But another part of me is thinking, "Hmm, that really IS a neat idea, being able to get steps in while also listing..." Lol. Edited to add: How do you ship coats and jackets? I assume poly bags? Do you mind sharing what sizes? Most garments ship for me in 13x10, but obviously I'll need larger sizes for winter outerwear.
Do you see a marked difference? I just started a month ago, I have had 31 sales, I have been thinking about trying that but wasn’t sure if it would be worth it :)

No. You are not required to give them a tracking number as it will automatically be given to them via poshmark. Don’t feed this kind of behavior 😅
I always block buyers like that, I dont want them to buy from me again. I dont need $20 badly enough to deal with that.

I'm surprised Platos accepted the Talbots skirt😂.
Love your hard work and videos!
I love that you're always bringing it with the Talbots :) Merry Christmas!
Even before all of that…. Escalating to posh support 2 days after a sale is crazy 😭
Girl! That buyer would have definitely been blocked. I swear! Look me up? What's that even mean? Is that like the Catch me outside chick? 😂😂
Haha, I’d forgotten about her!
Laughing at the crazy buyer, all we can do😂
Happy holidays to you and yours!

The surprised gopher meme lmaoo omg that lady was too much!
I mistaken your back ground caching sound with my eBay order notification…….😂
Meeee tooooo
Becky, I hear you girl, buyers be crazy but just give her the tracking number! 😂
That crazy buyer was guaranteed to give you 1 star. As soon as they start bugging asking stupid questions. They get a thrill rating you 1 star.

“Look me up.” 😂😂😂
Okay then. What a weird buyer/seller.
Good for you for blocking the Poshmark Princess. I have blocked several. I don’t need their sales in the future. Or their drama. Block. ❤
I hear you!! I do send pics of package & tracking just to cover my butt on all my orders.
I think I want to hear you sing a song! Maybe when you hit 1500 a month??

I’m doing Promoted closer now. It cost me a lot but it moves the inventory
