YongYea can we all just agree that EA is not a gaming company. They are a business minded executive corporate Ryan greedy casino that use games simply as a means to an end. Games to themare situational instances of how they can put people in their casinos, as far as casino structure goes. They put slot machines and other gambling devices of an addictive quality in there “games” so that players will in moments of weakness give in to the addictions that they’re surrounded by. RIGHT NOW? NOW she insists. I can barely hear anything in the party. But this girl has challenged me to fill out a Sudoku puzzle. I tell my brain, NOW IS THE TIME. ALL SEMESTER, YOU HAVE TRAINED IN ARITHMATIC AND CALCULUS. EVERYTHING HAS LED UP TO THIS VERY MOMENT. _That’s not how math works._ WHAT? _(sigh) Mathematics does not translate into puzzle solving. Sudoku is not mathematically challenging, it’s all just spacial pattern. If you want this solved, consult your problem-solving dept. of the brain._ Shit. You can stop reading now.
EA: “We’re not shutting down Bioware, we’re just giving them a surprise indefinite vacation.” Also the Mass Effect Trilogy has massive replayability, especially if you had the Citadel DLC and played that last before the final battle in ME3. Then lie to yourself by saying the the Citadel DLC is the true ending. That after defeating the Reapers you all have a party at Shep’s house, get drunk, get your krogan son out of jail, kill your evil clone ( even though I wish you could have persuaded them to join you), save your space hamster, and all that good stuff.
Well, one positive that came from the ending fiasco is the fan content. Now, I get to watch or read any number of fan created endings to the saga. I made a compilation of just videos (rendered as a machinima, or animated like motion comics, etc), and I had an astounding amount of "alternate endings" that did the trick. It's amazing when fans come together to do stuff like that. Still would prefer a proper ending to that series, but I've been able to make peace with all the fan creations. Heck, even wrote a few stories myself, and made a short comic. It's just sad that half the stuff out there seems to need such treatment.

How did EA completely miss red dead ll, breath of the wild, god of war, super Mario Odyssey, a hat in time and yoshi’s crafted world. While I do like Some of EA’s games (literally just the plants vs zombies franchise), I can say that what they are saying is bullshit

If they really wanna keep loot boxes, maybe make it so there are different tiers of them, having them each give an item of the same rarity of that loot box. For example, if you buy a legendary loot box, you get a legendary item. This would get rid of the feeling of being cheated out of your money.
Well that is about the ONLY good game they make. To that the changes they make could be in a DLC pack now. A 60 USD DLC pack with a new name to the game is all it really is.

This is why I like slime rancher. It gives us lots of fun from the base game, and the minigames from the FREE updates have been fun so far! And then the dlc you do pay for? Just some cosmetics for your slimes.

BioWare's games have been on a steady decline since EA bought them. Some of the things I see people whine about ME3 minus the ending are in ME2 as well, but people don't notice it or refuse to see it. Which is vital story info behind a DLC paywall. Which would be the Lair of the Shadow Broker and Arrival. But people whine about Leviathan and From Ashes being behind a paid DLC wall. Never mind the fact ME3's MP had lootboxes.

If they really wanna keep loot boxes, maybe make it so there are different tiers of them, having them each give an item of the same rarity of that loot box. For example, if you buy a legendary loot box, you get a legendary item. This would get rid of the feeling of being cheated out of your money.

I was playing CoD remastered. I opened 2 surprise mechanics after 3.5hrs of grinding. Man it's fun playing slot machines with no real reward.

This is why I like slime rancher. It gives us lots of fun from the base game, and the minigames from the FREE updates have been fun so far! And then the dlc you do pay for? Just some cosmetics for your slimes.

Some of the things I see people whine about ME3 minus the ending are in ME2 as well, but people don't notice it or refuse to see it. Which is vital story info behind a DLC paywall. Which would be the Lair of the Shadow Broker and Arrival. But people whine about Leviathan and From Ashes being behind a paid DLC wall.
