I noticed that when giving classes the past two weeks, fun little thing to abuse in creative way. I like mixing an inverted copy of a 292t output with the normal one to get some sort of hipassy / bandpassy sound out of it.

A way to do it is to take the original signal and substract from it the lowpass filtered one. You have to now if the output of the filter is inverted or not. If it is then you mix them together if not you have to invert it.

would you get closer by using 2 lowpass filters (or 2 copies of the same lowpass signal), inverting one and crossfading between them? i think thats how it was done on the arp 2600
