Stories about family. Stories about pride. Stories about sins. Stories about darkness.
It shouldn't be about getting on the radio because someone wrote a catchy hook with a bunch of words that rhyme with "speakers," "bare feet," "bonfires," "tequila," "woods," "mud tires," or "ducks."
I have no doubt that Riley can do very well for himself as a songwriter in Nashville in 2019, and I wish him and his family and his friends and his town and his mayor and his 2nd grade teacher all the best.
