I love this show. . I personally would have liked for Craig Shilo come back (or never leave at all) but it's unfortunate that his actor, Sam Jones was arrested. I felt they covered his leaving the show very well though. The only problem with the show, is it's doomed to only have a couple seasons since it covers their adventures in college. Plus, since Thad is one year older, him staying for a fourth season just wouldn't fit very well. He comes back as a fifth year senior? Eh just doesn't work.

This show is amazing, I think they are finished the show with a great ending, maybe some spin off would be great. Yeah, currrent show is just about markerting with a target market for "big socisal issues" like LGBT, gender equality, and others. What a good old time when people not feel offended easily.
I even have the perfect way to bring lazy Alex back. Introduce an established veteran QB that the expansion team got in free agency. I even have an idea for the character's personality. Make him extremely paranoid and convinced that Alex will take his job. He will constantly attempt to sabotage Alex so he stays the starter, but he's such a bumbling idiot, that his attempts either backfire or have no effect, while Alex remains completely apathetic and enjoys getting paid millions to do nothing.
