Hey. Mark can you recommend a website where I can find all the ingredients you use.. my local Asiana market is very limited on ingredients. Thanks and I enjoy watching your videos . Your awsome..
I have prepared your recipe exactly like you and it's incredible. Full of flavour and delicious. The only extra ingredients I added was a bunch of cilantro and some lemon grass in the marinade (but only because I love fresh herbs). Thank you for the recipe.
I am an archbishop of the Orthodox Catholic Church. I was in Vietnam during the war with a group of Orthodox Catholic monks. I fell in love with southeast Asian food and today, at 78 years old, my main diet consists of mostly Vietnamese, Thai, Lao and Cambodian food. They are all so tasty and healthy.
Mark, I made this dish following your recipe in the video. When it came to the khao khua, I made my own and I added four kefir lime leaves as I toasted the rice, and then I ground them together using a spice mill. The taste was absolutely อร่อย. I am asked by my congregation, made up of Lebanese, Ukrainian, Vietnamese, Lao immigrants, to make it once a month as part of our parish's dinner parties.
Omg mark so nice I will do that to my husband so. Nice make crazy I really want to do it I will do it when my husband come back from work thank thank u so much more recipe for thailand food
I just love YOUR love for delicious food; and more specifically, your love for Thai food in general. I love Thai food more than any other flavour palette on earth. The balance of citrus, earthy turmeric, rich and cool coconut milk, bright chilis and refreshing herbs, with an abundance of fresh veggies, is why I find Thai food, of all regions, more appetizing than any other. “Fresh” is the one word I could sum the cuisine of the whole country up with. Fresh and beautiful (to add another word)! Thank-you so much for your English language videos, your passion for the process of preparation, and for your reverence to the flavour palate of a delicious region. I have learned so much from you. Please tell your mother-in-law that I appreciate her expertise more than I can express.
Hi one of my favourite Thai dishes. I like to mix the mint leaves with fresh coriander leaves too. I also like my steak cooked a little more rare and sliced thinner. I could eat some now..... starving!
Thank you for sharing all your amazing cooking talents with us. You're an amazing individual; your passion for the food and culture definitely shows. Keep them coming.

I actually made Nam Tok Pork, just using pork chops cooked on a cast iron grill... it still tasted great. I wish I had a charcoal grill.
