I think the figure looks pretty cool even without the jaw. It sucks yours was missing it though.
For the price BBTS charges, yeah, customer service should be good. I usually get my figures either through Amazon or Entertainment Earth. Hope all is going well with the family and the new house.
The extra dollar they sometimes charge is more than made for with the shipping, pile of loot, and customer service
I'll always gladly pay a small mark up for what you get in return. I have had a few QC issues throughout the years and they've always taken care of it fast. Once they even told me to keep a figure I had an issues with and they replaced it too
On the bright side this figure is still displayable since an undead skeleton missing its jaw isn't out of the ordinary.
These are figs great. Move over Super 7. 😅 It would be fun if these came apart and reassembled.

Love the paintwork, but I feel the articulation on this guy should've been insane, since it's mostly sticks, but the figure is kinda stiff.
Nice skeleton. Give as update when you'll get one with the jaw.

I'm not terribly interested in Battletoads but I think it's awesome that Premium DNA are going for some of these pretty esoteric licenses and committing to them in ways that should make fans of the properties really happy. To me none of the BT villains aside from the Dark Queen were very memorable, so if I were to get any of these I'd probably be happy with just the toads - but I think this is the right approach, and I'm eager to see if Premium DNA ends up making figures of anything I am more invested in.

@@AnthonysCustoms yeah a little, I just thought it's better to review a complete figure, for this instance, you can't showcase the jaw articulation, I know it's just a simple up and down that everyone should understand already, but you know what I mean
I like the moving eyes affect.
He has cool rib cage and arms, I wish somebody made a Kel'Thuzad from wow custom based on him

I like this guy but the cost to value ratio is completely shot to pieces.

@@AnthonysCustoms I have even worse luck, my mythic legion figures had defects all the time, most the time 4H would replace the parts but this time they told me to take a hike, i had missing paint on my gold knights and loose wobbly torsos on 3 of them. But other ppl i talk to never have that problem, so i know how it is
This figures look awesome but I'll have to pass. I liked Battletoads but it wasn't a major part of my childhood. Just played the game and laughed at all the deaths on that bike level. So it's not really worth me getting these figures. But.. if they make the evil queen lady.. I'll get her. Though this skeleton dude would look awesome with my Mythic Legions. Maybe if it ever goes on sale.
Its too bad premium dna has some good licenses... I cant support them after megalopolis stole money from so many people. Megalopolis pretended to go under only to launch a new company as premium dna to avoid having to fulfill orders they had already taken money for. I encourage everyone to boycott premium dna.
