Thank you for the setup video; it was very useful. I set it up during Christmas. Now, in March, since Daylight Saving started, I revisited your video to update the configuration to turn on Daylight Saving as well as to set the time. Now I wonder, do I need to make these adjustments every March and November? The main reason I got this switch was to 'set it and forget it.
If you enter in your longitude and latitude and then put it in random mode which is the suit case icon then it will turn on around sunset and randomly go off I believe some time around 10:30 to midnight. We'll I hope that helps and thanks for watching

If it’s is programmed with GPS coordinates, will it come on. At sunset and go off as sunrise? If so, why do we have to set on and off times?
Hi! Is it possible to easily push a single button to manually turn the switch on and off, yet still have the programs run as scheduled? For example, a light to go on from midnight to 4am daily, but also be able to easily manually turn the light on and off outside of the program as needed? Without disturbing the program?
YES. Good question... The large bottom button. You can push it at anytime to turn the lights on or off with out disrupting your programed settings. I've done it many times and turned off the lights early or on early.

I believe I did this exactly....and set up an a.m. and a p.m. time the timer turns outside lights on....but on Monday nights and Sunday nights (only) the timer doesn't work. All days are programmed for all days....not individually. Any ideas on troubleshooting? I did not set up lat/long....that shouldn't make a difference? it turns on and off manually just fine and timer works all other days. Any ideas?

It's worth setting the longitude/latitude only if you have your timer set on the away setting I believe in mode its the suitcase icon instead of the clock icon... which will make the light turn on at sunset and off at a random time usually around 11 or midnight. Will have to double check the directions to be sure... well thanks for watching
Great video, huge thanks for the stupid tips! One question, the lights my timer is controlling for some reason, never totally turn off? Before, with a standard switch they did but since this timer, they switch on fully as programmed but when they switch off they remain dim until.they turn back on fully again???? Any ideas?
Wow thats strange. I'm not an electrician but I would use a voltage meter to check the light and switch panel. Seems like there's another power source if the light doesn't turn off fully.
Is there an exit action, Or do you just abandon the timer when all done and it will remember all settings?
Yes, when you're done just hold down the large bottom button and it will go to the home screen that displays the current time and it is all set and will remember your program times. Thanks for watching
I am just trying to set the switch to come on at sunset and go off at 2:00am. It keeps asking what time I want it to go on. I can't find a way around this. I just want it to go on at sunset. I have set the LAN and LON. Help.
If hold down the bottom button and then scroll over to Program click it... P01 On will flash... then click the bottom button until it flashes on day of the week ... click top right button until all the days of the week light up. Then click bottom button until time is flashing... then click top right button until you see a MOON in the top right corner (thats the time of sunset) click the bottom button until time double flashes and move on to P01 OFF select all the days of the week and set the time off to be 2 AM. Once set Check P02 to P07 ON/OFF and make sure they are off and should say NONE if not get to days of the week and hit top right button to scroll through the days until the option NONE is selected. OK so we have Program 1 Set to go on at 6PM and off at 10 PM, but somehow it is turning itself on again at 2AM until !@ noon. It seems as though there's a second program in there and I don't know how to eliminate it.
I will film a video today and try to get it posted by tonight or tomorrow morning on how to fix. My mother is having similar issue its an easy fix but sometimes hard to explain without showing you the solution

How do I switch between programs?
I'll start at the beginning. First, hold down the large button... then hit the top right button til you get to prog ... select by hitting the large button.
Only when ON P# or OFF P# is flashing hit the top right button, and you can switch between all the programs. Hit the large button if you want to make a change
Do you know how to unlock this?
I will look into it, and if I figure it out I'll post a video on it. I didn't realize there was a lock feature since it's not mentioned in any of the directions.

Mine keeps turning off at midnight. It turns on at the correct time but not off
Watch from 5:24 again. When P01 (program 1) is blinking, switch over to when it says “P01 OFF”. Make sure the day of the week is set correctly for a particular day or blinking for all days of the week and if it keeps turning OFF at midnight, the time should say 12:00 AM (or 24:00 if you’re on 24h). From there set it to be whatever time you want it to be

Honeywell has to learn to design switches for customers..not the other way around, the customer has to learn the stupid things from Honeywell, which cannot even produce the proper documentation....it used to be a great company..no wonder that Google, memo got so much ahead of Honeywell
