The Bible says the man who eats only vegetable is weak .. vegetarian diet is not a very good diet .. you need animal protein. Most vegetarian always end up with mental problems. Eat everything in moderation and you will be good. If you think it's bad to kill animals .... newsflash .. Plants are living things too.
Looks great but I would add a little ketchup to the seasoning and what's up with the red pepper ... what happen to yellow scotch bonnet pepper to send the flavor through the roof?
Ha! you're funny... 2 table spoon of oil but you use a knife to measure oil. Did anyone catch that?! Please do more vegetarian dishes. Would be nice if you also presented sides with presentation. Keep up the good work...
We don't measure we cook from the soul. We give measurements for ppl that dont have that gift. Technically Measurements come in "spoon" sizes so he had to say that so the inexperienced cook would know how much if they can't tell visually from his video.

However, most is steeped in the consumption of fish and meat, and thus continue to make adjustments, for this trend via the use of Textured Vegetable Protein. Having consumed vegetarian meals over a period of twenty seven years. I have recently adapted to a vegan diet, and therefore wonder, if you would be willing to extend your vegan repertoire, with regards to the above. I wait in anticipation, under the guise that the flavours of Jamaican cuisine, can not be matched!

With regards to a possible recipe. Perhaps you could concoct an akee curry, with the inclusion of Textured Vegetable Protein. And an adaptation of the 'datty gal' recipe would be greatly received.
