The case originally comes with a matte-satin finish and do scratch pretty easily, but this seems to be the norm with most charging cases nowadays. You could fix it but in my opinion, it's really not worth the effort...

i love these but my left earbud stopped charging in the case. The red earbud light flickers red or red and blud and then it shuts off and won't turn back on to charge. I tried 2 different cases
I originally purchased them through Amazon before the ban. According to their official website, the only other color they come in besides black is pink.
That's exactly what happened to me within same timeframe, right no the touch controls work but no sound in any of them. I had high hopes for these and they worked great at first. I reached out to mpow and they never got back to me. Smh i've had cheaper no-name ones from amazon that work longer than these, except they don't have as much features as the mbits.......oh well never again
I'm actually recommending not to buy these based on durability issues after just 4 months. That's usually the risk with buying inexpensive products. Appreciate the support!
My left bud doesn’t show any light except when I put into the charging case and then it starts blinking red light. I’m thinking the left bud can’t be charged? When I first got it, I tried and it was working fine. Second time I tried to use, left side was faulty. I tried many instructions online but left still failed to play any sound

@@LivinwithPat According to online reports, they were banned for review fraud. Last time I checked, they're still using the MPOW brand on their online store. My Flame Solos are still going strong. Overall they're cheap earbuds with durability issues but for the price you don't risk much.
