This is a winner! Nice foyer and cozy living room. Spectacular kitchen.😍The cabinet colors go well with the counter tops. This is the 1st one I've seen with a drawer above each cabinet, I prefer that. The master closet is dreamy, it's so big, it even has its own closet. 🥰 Fabulous master bath! I like the toilet and tub separated from the sink in the guest bathroom. All the guest bedrooms and closets are good sizes. This home has everything! ❤
Hello Nate! Good video! Nice house. #1) Like the Coat Closet in Foyer. In the Living Room we'd have a Gas Fireplace or Wood-burning Fireplace one. I don't really care that much for the bar and stools being in the Living Room like that. Probably do something else with that part of it - build some shelves underneath the bar area maybe? Not sure yet. #2) The Kitchen is mostly okay. I'd want a Gas Cook Stove with a Pot Filler above it. I don't see a Microwave, but that we can get and set on the countertop somewhere. I don't really need a dishwasher so I'd replace that with another cabinet or drawers. The Island I'd probably cut down - don't need the sitting area around it - so put a smaller island in with wheels on it. The Dining Room is nice. There's actually two places where I could put Grandma's China Cabinet in there. We'd only need a four-place Table. Too bad there's not a sliding door in there though. Oh well. The Pantry is kinda small, but there is one. #3) The Master Bedroom is almost too big for us. But I sure Love the big Closet!! And it's Not in the bathroom either!! I'd put a good soft bench under one of those windows so we could sit on it to get dressed if we wanted too. Yep! That sorta separate Closet inside the main Closet does kinda make a hers/his Closet possible doesn't it? Hahaha! The Master Bathroom is pretty darn nice! The Tile Shower needs a door on it. I'd replace the tub with a Handicapped Tub. I love the Vanity area. But the Commode area is too narrow. That can be fixed by removing the wall between the tub and commode. Then turn the Commode around to face the tub and move it down so there's lots of room on both the left and right sides of it. #4) The Guess Bedroom listed as #2 on the floor plan would be left as is; as would the guest bathroom. Guest Bedroom #3 would be turned into my Library with a small sitting area. Guest Bedroom #4 would be, 3/4's of it, turned into my Music/Studio Room, soundproofed, of course. The other 1/4 would be my Office area. #5) The Utility Room is nice. The Furnace and Water Heater are right there, even though the furnace isn't actually inside the utility room. It's in the hallway and that's close enough. There may be room for a small Freezer as you said Nate. Hope so. But we'd build a Garage outside that back door and build a Storage unit in it with a big Pantry and Freezer area and a Pet Shower. #6) We'd build porches around as much of the house as possible, some enclosed and some just covered. Amazing home, amazing closet. But it should have a true pantry. It has some wasted space but I was fine with that. Could put in a vanity in the bath and desk in the living room.
I think the living room is a little bit small for a four bedroom. I love the master bathroom with the removable shower in the shower and bath. I'm not keen on the bedroom right off the kitchen and I like a door or patio door off the kitchen or living room.
The transom window above the shower in the split bathroom needs to open and yes They can, I had one above my bathtub shower enclosure in my house that opened.
Too much white plain Jane and no pantry space take some of that huge closet and give some pantry love the square sinks and the guest bath needs a double vanity also love the pebble floor but it has to have a bench. It needs some kind of color though
At 15:16 when he says the vents are in the ceiling, I see a vent in the ceiling. I missed the ones you mentioned on the floor. There are cases where there is both, but the ones on the floor are for HVAC, and the ones on the ceiling are for exchanging air. Helps with allergies. But I hadn't seen them in mobile homes.
I didn't see the ones on the floors either as when we did a walk thru I was told all vents in ceiling, so I wasn't looking. In the living room they must have had funiture over them. going back I can see them under the cabinets in the kitchen.

THESE ARE THE VENTS HE'S REFERRING TO BEING IN THE CEILING BUT HONESTLY DON'T KNOW HOW HE COULD MISS THAT MANY BY THE TIME HE MAKES THE COMMENT.
@@NatesHomeTours no you can see the floor vents in the living room at The outside wall around where the windows were especially when he goes to a closer view of the area where he mentioned that other models had a cabinet and shelving. Look at My comment to the other person who made a comment above. The bedrooms are clearly in some shots like Master under window before going in the closet and the one second bedroom the camera is pointed right at it visible in the other room too on the floor on outside wall before he makes the comment. That larger square vent in that bedroom is a air return vent and not in all areas. The HVAC VENTS are all in the floor.
I didn't buy a home because they didn't offer a seated shower pan. Its crazy for them not to offer the seated shower pan floor. Older people and disabled people need that seat. If im willing to pay for it, i don't see the big deal. That was stupid of Sunshine.

How are you suppose to mount the the tv with all that stonework? Did i miss something?
Most mounts use an arm style now and have a narrow plate that you bolt in to a stud. That is what that area left blank is for.
