What causes the shivers??
Natural birth, and I couldn't stop shivering, this took me back 17 years.❤
@simoneroberts2893 they say the cause of postpartum chills isn't fully understood, but it may relate to fluid or heat loss and hormonal changes in your body after you give birth, apparently you can get this with a vaginal birth too.
@@happyheart6887 thank you for explaining! Haven't had a baby yet but those chills looked familiar to when I had food poisoning. So at first I was concerned and wondering if she was okay, hadn't heard of that particular birth experience.
