Yes, precisely. Articuno does suffer from a debilitating Stealth Rock weakness, but that's what makes the whole thing so enticing. Dialga is, in my opinion, somewhat of a cop out.

In Gen 4 and beyond the Moves have a attack-effect called Physical, Special, and Status. Physical is the ATK & DEF stat, Special is the SP.ATK & SP.DEF stat, and Status is like buffing up your stats or inflicting status problems. If they we're still using Gen 1 thru 3's attack system then Normal would be ATK & DEF.
Articuno is completely fair to use. If Articuno is banned, then Garchomp and Dragonite (and the rest) might as well be banned too. What ISN'T fair to use is something like Dialga. That thing is not only great at taking and dealing damage, but it's also pretty fast (Equal speed to Lucario). It's not fair to people who use "regular" Pokemon. It takes the strategy out of the game when you use an overpowered beast.
It came down to my Sceptile vs Electivire and the first Crunch got the defense drop, thus I was able to end it next turn. It was a fun battle, and I had no problem having Yanmega get Crit'd. It woulda been BS had he not.
I hope sometime Nintendo will create Pokemon Battle Revolution 2 to play with my Pokemon White 2 :DDD My Emboar and Krokoodile are waiting to fight in 3D lol

I disagree. The fan base is still pretty big and disregarding some people distaste in the new Pokémon, it seems everyone just focuses on the bad aspects, I mean come on! We got a Kamen Rider, a Hydra, a Chandelier, and REAL mole just to name a few. Of course no one is going to love ALL of the pokemon, but please, Pokémon is not dead, and certainly not for a while longer.

Well they were most likely thinking what to use and what pokemon the other team would use so you have to think carefully. You probably loose alot cause you don't think.

Ahh..back when the Pokemon were scaled in size properly. This reason alone is why this game will ALWAYS outclass the current Pokemon games in terms of graphics. Sword and Shield looks like trash compared to the charm and sheer SCOPE of the Pokemon in this game.
The loss of his first two pokemon was what he deserved for using two moves that leave you motionless in the next move. You save those moves for the killing blow or something like that.
You cannot transfer Pokemon Black or Pokemon White Pokemon into this game. I have tried once before and it does not work. If that is what you meant. If not then my greatest apologies! :)
I dont hate them, but there are legendarys like latios and articuno etc etc. THen ubers like groudon and mewtwo that have the best stats in the game. My team is Regiice, blaziken , nidoking , alakazam ,electivire and dragonite. If i wanted to be gay i would swap nidoking to groudon, alakazam to mewtwo and dragonite to rayquaza. And that would buff my team by like 200%

Yes, Hyper Beam is a Normal Special attack move under Gen 4+ rules also... why no Heartgold or SoulSliver?

When you transfer pokemons from the DS to the Wii, they are simply copied. You don't actually transfer them over.
