What's extremely fascinating is not that this band combines Power Metal and oldschool EDM-music, but that their music transitions seemlessly between Eurodance and Synthwave while still feeling coherent.

A little secret abouit Beast in Black: Every single member of the band is a hardcore Otaku. The first two albums were based on Beserk manga and anime. This album is based on Armitage The Third and Ghost in the Shell, and this song specifically references Ghost in the Shell, albeit in a very tangential way. They can't use the actual art of GitS because of licensing, so they just make a kickass pixel art video with some late 80s ElectroDance (aka early EuroDance) with some sick metal riffs and a howling beast of a vocalist :D

I had to pause after 1 minute to write this comment because I had such epic goosebumps all over my body and I COULDN'T stop smiling as soon as the song started. I knew this was gonna be good. I freaking LOVE the animation, the beat and the synth pop vibe is just glorious. Beast in Black never let us down with their songs and this is no doubt any different. I am almost crying, ah damn.
They are just so good. From the day I listened to Beast in Black I knew I had found my new favourite band.

I'm not a big fan of the slow songs, like Oceandeep or Ghost in the Rain. But that's just personal preference, I think they're still good songs.

This band is something else. I remember listening to Crazy Mad Insane, such an out of place song on that album, thinking "man it would be cool if they made more like this" then their next cd leaned more in that direction...now this. The writing on the wall was there, which just makes this transition better. They went from straight power metal to their own genre.

I'm a very big fan of Synthwave and Metal. After the awesome Midnight Rendezvous this is another great combination of my two favorite music styles with the typical direct to ear vocals from Beast in Black. PERFECT!!!

This is like a ramped up Crazy Mad Insane. Beast in Black always continue to impress. I'm loving these anime and Eurobeats with metal! It also has the feel of being in Tokyo in the 90s about what they think of their future and their technology.
