For those of who don’t know, the devs gave the framework to another team on Roblox that does sonic related games. It’s going to be used on a game called pyrite adventure 3.

I could really imagine the framework test being a waiting lobby if this was ever a online game or something. And this game would be perfect for ps5 if it was a real game.
Okay, wow, this is very impressive! And this is being made in the Roblox engine that everyone over the age of 15 hates for no reason? This seems to have the potential to be better than most Adventure-era inspired games made in more conventional game engines (e.g. Unity or Unreal) with the exception of maybe Sonic GT. I also like all these attempts at modernizing the Adventure formula, not just gameplay-wise but also music-and-graphics wise. Maybe I’m just a nostalgic millennial, but I always felt Sonic was closest to being genuinely cool in all the games made between Sonic Adventure and Sonic Advance 3. Classic Sonic, as cute as he was, was clearly designed for a much younger audience while pretty much any attempt to make Sonic “cool” since Sonic Colors comes across as forced, lazy, and pandering, though the Happy Tree Friends writers most responsible for stuff like “Baldy McNosehair” apparently have moved on from Sonic as of late, which would hopefully improve the official games’ storytelling. At the very least, these fan projects prove that Sonic Adventure can still be fun by modern standards, it’s just that any remake from SEGA has to replace the janky and evil physics engine from the original with a more modern and predictable one.
@@NvanRoblox I have actually played Roblox a bit for Sonic Speed Simulator and you’re right. I can’t believe the platform is marketed to children with no self-control! But at least I’ve actually tried Roblox before knocking it.

This game is no longer being worked on in roblox but it is a fan game if you join the discord they’ll give you info on when the actual fan game comes out and the emerald coast glitch meaning you can’t enter it will probably be fixed in the full game
Have you gave Pyrite Adventure 2 a go? It’s amazing but underrated. I dunno why but there is a full story, dlc content, incredible move sets (okay maybe just the regular), and much much more. I really love that game.

Usually fan games like this mess up the homing attack. This one has such small targets and it still stays stable, amazing programming work for sure.
