If you are having a hard time selecting the center grip point, a quick and easy (and less confusing) mode is typing 'k' for backface, the grips will show through!

As usual I’ve picked up a half-dozen techniques from one of your videos. Great stuff.

Hi Tyson. Of course I use Scale and Push/Pull a lot, but your example just shows a little more of the possibilities. Thank you!

    Nice tips,
I was aware of the cardinal points on a circle but not the line on a cylinder,
    Thanks Tyson

    Thanks for an excellent video.
I use the Scaler tool very rarely, as it annoys me that in the "Measurements" field scaling is specified as a percentage. If I e.g. have part of a figure I want to scale from a certain target to another, it is almost impossible to hit. Eg. a square where one of the cross measurements has to be changed from 60 mm to 80 mm, and I use the scale tool, I have to first draw a 'Measure auxiliary line', set a measure on this line, scale and make sure that the measure hits the desired, while I scale the figure. Alternatively, you must first work out what the scaling percentage should be and then enter it in the "Measurements" field. Is there an easier method to scale part of a figure without affecting the rest?

Go here for useful info. Ts8cTD1lmv0 If you are using mm you will have to add mm to your number or you will get feet.

For these tutorials, it would prove helpful if you were to display an in-screen video (e.g. on the bottom right side of the screen) that displays the key strokes/hot keys that you're using during different steps in the tutorial.
