I have to say your painting is very nice considering the lack of quality of the paints. Since you know how to paint you know the best way to make these work. That said, I'm with you, going back to professional or even good quality student grade paints is so much better. Like a breath of fresh air. 😊
I like the soapy-ness over the chalky-ness of other cheap paint. I teach watercolor to those who don't and use these. I prefer better but they work to spur an interest.
