- Do you want to use ChatGPT on WhatsApp for FREE? Look no further! In this video, I'll show you how to create an automation using Zapier and Woztell, that allows you to use ChatGPT on WhatsApp.
You'll need a WhatsApp business account and a Zapier account to get started. Don't worry if you're not familiar with Zapier, it's a no-code tool that makes creating automated workflows a breeze.
To integrate WhatsApp with Zapier, we'll be using a service called Woztell, which is integrated with the WhatsApp API and supported by Zapier. Woztell is completely free to use up to 100 monthly active users.
The Zapier automation will trigger when your WhatsApp Business account in Woztell receives a new inbound message from a contact. Zapier will send this message to OpenAI to generate a completion, and will then send the completion to your contact from your WhatsApp business account.
Plus, we'll test the zap by asking ChatGPT three questions in WhatsApp:
1. Should I incorporate my business as an LLC or C-Corp?
2. Write a random password generator program in javascript.
3. Give me three strategies that can help make my videos go viral on UA-cam?

@@helmybinmadi5776 Absolutely, if you set up the woztell/chatgpt zap exactly how i have it in the tutorial you’ll be able to do that. Just customize the persona of the assistant and prompt in the chatgpt action step. In the prompt itself, you can define rules/logic in terms of how chatgpt should and shouldn’t respond. You can also create a library of most common customer question/answers and request that the assistant consider the data in the library when creating a prompt. You’d store the library data in a prior step and use the data in the prompt.
@@joshnocode I follow your steps but when I go to the Zapier connection with Woztell it cannot retrieve my WhatsApp business channel ! - Ive tried it several times - ..

Am not sure it really is? I just stopped at setting up Zarpier because it requires subscription for you to get it to work with these many steps (MSG from Zarpier: "To create a Zap with more than one action, you'll need a paid plan. Upgrade now or start a free 7-day trial of the Professional plan to use multi-step Zaps."). Then I bought 'tokens' for Chagpt (I haven't upgraded this yet). . . Am considering to continue by paying for Zarpier, just to see what happens . . .am not sure that Woztell will also not ask for subscription too in the end. This can easily cost probably around USD150 per month for all the subscriptions. I'll update after.

I would like my woztell chatbot to send back responses from chatGPT ONLY TO SPECIFIC CUSTOMER NUMBERS who have subscribed to my services under some paid plans. How do I really do that? Kindly assist. Hello @dlgsmartgalleryarts7845, I hope you can help me figure this out, since managed to. I have setup everything perfectly (almost), but I can't use the number on WhatsApp . . . (so am confused because, during registration to have the number on WhatsApp, it simply says "Unavailable, tray again in 1 hour" and this goes on in a loop) So am stuck on the last step in Zarpier during the test, Zarpier says "Failed to create a whatsapp session message in WOZTELL
The app returned "Either memberId or recipientId or fbUserRef or fbLoginId is required.". My number has been connected in Meta business suite, so am not sure what to do next. Any help will be highly appreciated. Thanks.
