Tools: Google Docs, Google Sheets, Zapier Analysis results are stored back in the Google Sheet. A Google Doc is created for each lead with detailed information and analysis. Tools: Zapier, Email, Slack, or other FREE communication tools Team members are notified about new leads with a summary and link to the detailed Google Doc.

Hi Josh, nice video, thanks! One quick question - does Zapier send the status of the action back in any way? So that we can display an appropriate message to the user on bubble? For instance, I'm trying to update Shopify inventory based on a trigger from bubble. I would want to know if the inventory has been updated successfully and then inform the user on bubble.

Hey man, I'm having a problem sending form data from Lead Connector into Jotform as a new Jotform submission. I created the zap and it creates new Jotform submissions but it doesn't bring the lead connector data over to Jotform. Any Advice? Do you offer consulting?

With grace and possible stupidity, I am confused on the value prop here? Currently, our company uses quickbooks to generate invoice's on a customer basis. When we need to generate an invoice, we simple select "Create invoice" next to the specified customer and input similar data to your HS form and hit submit, which generates an email to send to the customer with details. Can you explain what I am missing here? I love a good automation!

Hi Josh, do you have a tutorial on how to automate creating line by line Vendor bills (invoices) in Quickbooks Online? Oh, and the invoices are in the emails in the txt or html format or pdf attachment, so some parsing it necessary .

Why do you need to have a paid Bubble account ? Can't you do the same using the Bubble Api connector -> Zapier Api ?
