its not about a relationship between "man" and "woman", it's a bond between "father" and "son". This movie is honestly so underrated. Its heartwarming, touching, and chalked full of precious moments. A must-watch :)

Jason Bateman and Jennifer Aniston have great chemistry together, the film seemed very natural. The movie had an interesting story-line and the kid (Thomas Robinson) is a natural actor for his age, he played a great part in the movie that gave the film a "real concept" feel to it. The film has a low "rewatchability", and the trailer pretty much sums up the whole movie - the rest of the movie is just filler that leads up to key points that you know are going to happen. Rotten Tomatoes ranks it a 51%, which is about right. A good movie to watch on a Saturday night with the significant other; not a "must watch" movie, but if you're running out of movies to watch, I'd give it a view.

I don't usually like romantic comedies, but there are some of them that catch my interest and are my "guilty pleasure", and this movie is one of them... I love this movie so much! I've watched it about 3 times by now... Plus, Jason Bateman is a cutie patootie

@crashingxhearts i think they didn't do that because the real conflict of the story is Bateman trying to be honest about him being the father to his best friend's kid. that's is what the story is about, so i don't think it would make scense if they kept the father a mystery.
Such an amazing movie.. And it really grabs you towards the end of the movie.. I truly enjoyed every minute of it. If you haven't seen it already, I suggest you do. It really is a heart-felt beautiful movie ;)

This movie is amazing, i ignored it a bunch of times but clearly that was a mistake. Everything is great and the scenes are touching to a certain point where you kinda wanna cry. Just like the scene where Sebastian comes to wally because the bully beat him up. I love sebastian the kid is cute and makes the movie alot better.
