During this lockdown even I developed a habbit of helping out my mumma in the kitchen with small jobs like chopping veggies and kneading dough... but never thought that a humble dough which i knead would also have such science hidden behind it thank you chef for enlightning our minds as always! Hi Chef, thank you for cooking like this, it makes me remind of the time when my Nani taught me the basics and explain the science and process behind it even though she was a housewife and home cook who used to work from home as a tailor to provide for her three her love for cooking and feeding and learning news things never went away. She taught me resilience, determination and the importance of hard work and also that knowledge increases from sharing it. This is why you remind me of her always when I see you cook, Thank you for that. And I fangirl so hard when I see your smile and warmth which also reminds me of my Nani of and that with how much love she did everything. I also had a request, will you able to put white font against the darker background? Sometimes it distracts when you try to find the measurement on the screen.
