I recently had a similar experience I have a quattroporte 2008 gts and was getting 18mpg on average on my daily 50 mile round trip anti commute, now I’m getting up to 38 mpg and all I had to do was change to a Mercedes E53 cabriolet 😬😉🤷♂️
Yeah a V8 maser isn’t a great commuter car 😅 but a GTS 👌😮💨 that’s a bucket list Dadcar for me!
Speaking of sentient cars, does anyone remember Herbie the VW Beetle? He used to squirt oil on people he didn’t like!😂 Couldn’t help but think of that when I saw the fluid puddle!

Cars are definitely sentient! They really do have a way of telling you when they are sad 😅 maybe it’s sad to leave your lovely family and scared where it will end up.

Ben, while rightly commenting on the Urus, you mentioned the Purosangue. The Purosangue is a completely different league to those SUVs, if you must group the Purosangue with them. Not quite the rawness of the FF, but it has a ride quality far superior to those SUVs. Anyway, it is 4 seats and a small boot, so I am not saying it is a dad car.
