Uhm, Vince did succeed a long time ago. Like since 2016. People just don't like to accept it. In a smarkish era, with fans hating Vince, and rumours spreading way early that he was Vince's choice, Roman was always going to get the reactions he got early which were mostly positive BTW except for a few smarkish towns and cities. If we look at WWE's merch sales from 2016 to the pandemic, you'll see Reigns' name near the veey top. And that's when dude didn't even have merch like that. You don't just main event manias and are box office if you aren't over. Vince cares about money, because THIS IS A BUSINESS afterall. So no, Reigns has been a superstar for a looooooooong time. IWC just refused to for a lack of a better word, acknowledge it.
@@AfricanHeavyMetalGuy You’re speaking to a Roman Reigns, my point was consistently Vince wasn’t able to manage this. Ideally the heel turn trigger should’ve been pulled after that Mania against Undertaker. But everything has for a reason on different timings.
Roman booking himself was the best thing for WWE, honestly. And Heyman ofc, but Tribal Chief is HIS vision. Thats why he's so valued by the people in WWE, give him his flowers. "I'll comeback yes, but we will do this my way" Roman on his WWE biography. Ofc HHH gotta give the yes or no, but the direction is from him 💯
Roman has been the biggest star on that roster for the last 10 or so years wtf just because y’all cream yourselves over lesser men like CM Punk and Seth Rollins and tried your HARDEST to bully him out the company doesn’t negate that AT ALL.
Roman was already the biggest name in wwe
This is what Vince was TRYING to make happen before, it’s finally happened!!
@mustysali080 He was trying before to get this type of reaction for Double R, just didn’t execute properly.
lol Vince did make it happen lol. He's literally been the biggest star in Wrestling coming out the Tunderdome era
@@willstylz5021 Thunderdome era yeah, what about when the shield broke up, or do we pretend nothing happened after that? 😂
