i am loving these long form videos!!!! the drone shots and music is sooo nice! and i love how i can hear you smile when you talk!!! always makes me want to watch another :)

I’m using a Canon 80D. It nice and I can do a lot with it, but since starting a lot of professionals around my area all use the Sony a74, and I don’t know why but everyone is pressuring other people to use it to be “professional”. I’m new to the industry, but it seems absurd to me. It’s a good camera and I can do a decent job with my own. Also it’s pretty pricey. All that to say it’s nice to see what others use. Especially since you explain the reasons why you use it. Anyways love the video!
Hey man! Thanks very much for checking out the video! I wouldn’t give into the pressure of others about that kind of stuff. It happens in this industry a lot. Some of the best photographers still shoot on film and I’ll never forget Jimmy Chin, the director of Free Solo, saying that he shot both photo and video on the Canon EOS 5D and had it for many years without upgrading. It’s all about how you use it my friend. That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t upgrade ever, but certainly not right away. Appreciate your comment man! Hope you’re having a great week!
