One of my favorite things is watching people discover Sho for the first time. She is a singers singer. Any professional singer from Taylor swift to Ariana Grande knows who she is and has utter respect for her skill and professionalism. She has been working a long time in a lot of different genres. Released as few albums, and is currently back in Musical Theater. She is an absolute pro, and one that inspires me daily.

One of the best parts of this is around 7:39 when she's winding up - watch the piano player's face...he starts just grinning from ear to ear like even HE'S blown away by what's going on a few feet from him...just incredible.

A much more soulful, classical and an unbelievable fire coming from Teena Marie that is unmatched. Aretha Franklin is called the Queen of Soul, Teena Marie is known as the White Queen of Soul. Listen and you'll see the obvious difference but this lady is good.
