    Belgian Waffles Recipe Ingredients
Credit to Carina - Step by step: recipesbycarina.com/belgian-w...
250g / 2 Cups Flour - Use all purpose or standard flour for this recipe.
1 Tbsp Baking Powder - The baking powder is going to produce the lightest and fluffiest waffles. Make sure to not mistake baking powder for baking soda.
    ½ tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Sugar - Sugar is optional in this recipe.
2 Eggs, separated - Make sure your eggs are at room temperature. If you store them in the fridge just remove them about 30 minutes before you start making the waffles.
80ml | ⅓ Cup Oil - Butter can be substituted here but oil gives the waffles a better texture.
500ml | 2 Cups Milk - Whole milk is best for this recipe but a milk alternative can be used instead.
    1 tsp Vanilla

Hello, Nora, Thanks for watching! One thing to note, the reason my waffles were sticked on the maker is because I forgot to put 1/3 cup of oil. lol.

i used to only own a regular waffle maker, for the heart shaped round ones and than i made belgian ones at a friend and i immediately ordered a belgian waffle maker. i adore waffles and i love to have both options now becauso even if you use the same dough recipe its totaly tasting different-but both great in their own way 🥰

@@AmyiReport I most certainly do. I like pancakes, but I always have an issue with when it's done. So I prefer the waffle you know when it's done, and it comes out perfect every time.

I just made some more Belgian waffles this morning and I MADE SURE this time I didn't forget about that 1/3 cup of oil. lol. It sure did the trick....waffles are no longer sticking on the Waffle square/maker, it was user's error. 😁😁😁

I love all these fancy small appliances but they can take up a lot of space on your counters or cupboards.
Mimosas go with anything…..lol! Usually I think you have them with Sunday brunch.

I purchased a small waffle maker and I love it. I made crispy bacon and put it in the batter and made bacon waffle. It was real yummy. My daughter loves chicken and waffle. Your waffle maker is pretty nice. Oh wow! Your making waffles too. Awesome. I also use blueberry batter premade mix and put it in my waffle maker. It was yummy

Non stick spray also helps the sticking. I've never heard of using whipped egg whites. I'll try that for sure. Getting crispy waffles is the most difficult thing for me. I love the Breville maker, however. Mimosas go with everything. LoL

Hello. C. H. the manual said no spray oil on the maker, I figure it out that I forgot to put 1/3 cup of oil in to the batter! lol. Maybe that was the reason? I need to try it again. Thanks for watching.

    • @AmyiReport

Hi there, you don’t need to clean it at all. After you remove the waffles, wait till the machine cool down, just use a dry cloth, give it a wipe. That’s all you need to do.

Holy cow, that waffle maker is freaking huge, It will need it's own counter Space 🤦🏼‍♂️
I'm on Keto and Love keto waffles, they taste just as good as the real thing without the added carbs or the causing of inflammation by certain bread flours.
my wife has a small little tiny waffle maker and it really discourages me from making keto waffles, one at a time 🤦🏼‍♂️
This looks like a good option, but I might need help putting it on the counter 😂 JK.
    Thanks for sharing.

Hi there, Thanks for watching! There is another model that is smaller which makes 2 waffles at once instead of this one made 4. I usually made batches waffle to store in the freezer, and it's very easy to re-heat up in the airfryer.
