I have a question. Can you send money (via swift or otherwise) to a bank’s nostro by another bank or person without a named beneficiary? Then they say the bank can transfer the amount manually to some account.

Thank you for your comments. There are many. Transfer in USD from India to a beneficiary in the USA. Transfer in EUR from Canada to a beneficiary in Canada, and so on ....

Thank you for your question. SEPA is payment scheme in Europe. To make a SEPA payment, the account must be with a bank located in a SEPA country. So impossible to create a SEPA bank account in the USA. I hope this helps. 😊
