Tutorial: Kame Blast with Kaioken press 2 again after using it (just spam 2) Hold space to Kaioken Rapid KIck Rush M1 to throw a Cosmic Rush projectile When using Autonomous Fist press Instinct to do a Flashstep/Instant Transmission move (same in MUI) Press Instinct during Godly Display to do a downslam ----- in MUI press instinct to finish into a kame Press Instinct during Divine Kame to teleport in front of them (same in MUI) Instinct can be used as a counter or you can evasive when getting downslammed/knocked back To get Mastered Ultra Instinct you need to have 25% health (so only 1 bar of health) then press G and your mode bar will turn white Then let someone kill you and you go MUI
btw you can ladder with cosmic rush m1 variant but the timing on it is REALLY inconsistent, it can actually allow you to do 4 m1s and a knockaway midair into elbow kick to extend (its pretty cool)
So far, the devs are only focused on revamping the DB roster, but it seems they're really motivated rn, so gear 5 Luffy sounds like something that's likely to happen
