That third cop said the quiet part out loud “if you’re on my side you’ll let me go.” He thought that some “brotherhood” meant he was above the law.
The real issue is, that the cops don’t care if you sue them, because our taxes pay for their lawyers.

Nah these are the worst type of people. Flashing a badge and thinking you’re above the law should get you sentenced no matter what. You should know the law better than anyone since you’re a police officer and your one job is to enforce the law. And not to mention the last guy. Took the officers 10 min to pull him out of his car for reckless drunk driving when you know for a fact that if the guy were black, they would’ve ripped him out of that car within the first couple of minutes for “resisting”.
I'm disabled and in a wheelchair. I got pulled over and the main part of my chair was in my passenger seat and the wheels were on the bed of my truck. The cop sees them both then asked me if and where I stole the wheels off a bike from. I said they're for my wheelchair which you can clearly see. Luckily he felt like a dumb ass and said ok have a good day. I hate cops they lie all the time and even got me charged for paraphernalia because you lied and said that I said that I used the straw on my rear floor to snort my meds which never happened. Because of it I got stuck with 5x a week meetings for two years because the owner of the outpatient rehab lied as well saying I needed it after I had talked to the counselor and she said I didn't because I didn't need it or do anything wrong . FTP
Crazy that the cop in the 2nd video straight up got fired while the two cops in the 1st video only got a slap on the wrist.
You could actually do a WHOLEEEE series of this. There's is a bunch of this out there. The channel audit the audit is good with it. Since he explains what's up depending on which state the video is coming from. All the different laws and stuff.
As a former cop, I believe Nobody is above the law. As law enforcement, you are held to a higher standard. That being said, your fall from grace would usually include, demotion, corrective action or being let go all together. But if you break the law, then you are a criminal. No if and's or but's about it.
You should react to videos of people helping cops
These videos drive me crazy. These officers should be charged with things like assault and kidnapping for these actions and fired not just suspended. The lawsuits should come out of their pensions not tax payer money.
There should be ZERO professional courtesy for officers breaking the law. If you are a law enforcement officer you absolutely should be held to a higher standard than normal civilians. If you are an officer and you break the law, even if just a misdemeanor, it should be an automatic felony with jail time.

The first one is a case of cops feeling embarassed, not wanting to admit to their mistake and trying to show they have power over people. Some people, especially in the u.s take things a little far, like nick was saying he should have just been like "nah no weapon just a walking stick im legally blind" without an attitude or anything. If the cop kept harassing after that then yeah i get getting heated.

The first one is in some ways wrong and someways right. They got a call about a man with a firearm so they do have the right to at the very least pat down the detained to confirm there's no firearm, but the arrest was not good and neither was the actual search. Pat downs or "Terry searchs" are different from an actual search. The purpose of a pat down is to confirm that a person who is detained has no weapons or drugs, but you can't manipulate inside of the pockets unless you immediately recognize the feeling of something to be "contraband". Again some parts good, some parts bad, overall it's not good though because the arrest didn't meet the elements of a crime.

Not saying us Brits have amazingly trained policing in the UK but compared to America, they would be counted as S tier. That is how bad American police training or how they act in situations is.
