hello i seem to have some problems investing in REIT. Everytime I purchase an order, for some reason hindi siya nagpu push through at bumabalik lang yung balance na ini invest ko. Parang naca cancel order ko. What could be the reason behind that? I tried purchasing MREIT, CREIT, DDMR, but it didn't get push through.

wala na man. you can buy anytime. aw ofcourse, the market opens m-f at 930 am.. tapos, as long as you hold the reits before their ex-dividend date, entitled ka for the dividends.. and yes, credit direct sa col account mo ung dividends, meaning if substantial siya, you can reinvest it.

hmmm. i think you are referring to technical analysis... it's not my expertise, but yes.. that's how they do it.. they buy on a certain support level, tapos sell sila at a resistance level.. but for me, i just invest on companies I believe in and then do peso cost average.. i don't mind the price, bcoz what im after are dividends..

oddlot means, not boardlot. meaning kung ang boardlot is 100 shares. meaning 100 shares ung minimum na dapat mong bilhin. if oddlot, u can buy regardless of shares. gtc - good til cancel. meaning ur bid or ask is good until u cancel it or until mag match siya with other buyer or seller. atc - at the close, ito ung price on the closing time, around 3 to 330pm.

The market is a zero sum game and you could potentially lose all. Always make correct inquiries before putting your money somewhere or better still, get the services of a pro (that way, you give little room for error). Made my first $60k earlier this year this way. Okay nmn, one tym ka mag lagay. But mas recommended na regular ka mag add para maka pag cost average ka.
