After realizing how powerful his late wife was in her Devil form, and Kazuya kicking his ass in Tekken 2, and then coming back to life (with help) in tekken 4 he trained so that he can beat him. I guess you can look at it being a one shot because this is Heihachi quite literally giving EVERYTHING he has in this rage art. That’s just my 2 cents though.

Ahh i see... The Scaling on Air decreases the DMG from the RA heavily. Ascended Heihachi does around 200 DMG on normal hit. You managed to survive that because you jumped.
