Thanks for posting this! Riane Eisler is a wise woman. Good advice about social support systems in the pursuit of Oneness with plant hallucinogens. She talks about the Dominator vs Partnership model of culture in her book "The Chalice and the Blade," how today we're seeing the limits, the excesses of the Dominator model. In this clip she says our imaginations are so filled with Dominator images that hallucinogens can (will) produce some pretty horrific experiences. They do. I always thought it was just me but now I realize it's also this cutthroat culture we're living in.

Riane Eisler’s work is still not read enough. Many of today’s world leaders
who are infatuated with ‘Strong Man Totalitarianism’ and seem unlikely
to read Riane Eisler anytime soon. ‘Waiting for Godot’ by Samuel Beckett is still current. ☘

McKenna's ideas didnt pop up out of nowhere via a mushroom as many hasty listeners may imply.
Many of his ideas and even his word choices were glaened from other people, especially writers. James Joyce, Laozi, Marshall Mcluhan,P Teilhard de Chardin
,and yes even Riane Eisler.
And he has admitted this readily.
He also admits his only truly original idea was the tine wave zero. The rest is largely a synthesis of ideas which were already present. Many were present before McKenna ever did any psychedelics.
None of these facts lessen the beauty, wonder and useful truths of Terrence's eloquent message.
