Finally, a teacher unafraid of dropping the occasional F bomb when Spirit moves him to. It's a silly thing, but it tells me that he really IS open to all things. Growing up I never understood how new agers felt ok living only in the "positive," rejecting whatever they deemed "negative" talking in calm whispers, when all of that is life. This video was a great help as I am realizing that there is an iceberg of anger within, of which I only see the tip. Currently, I feel that I'm merely spotting the impulse before it arises and letting that go(on a good day. Ha!), but I feel that it must come from somewhere deep. How to find that and accept it... Maybe I just wait and watch? It's hard to not "do"!
Thank you. I’ve been resisting discomfort with addiction for a long long time. Now that I’m leaning away from that, the intensity of anger, grief and terror is so much. It’s forging me. It’s so challenging. I needed to hear this. Thank you.
Thank you so much, I found this at a time when I thought I was physically dying from heart / chest pain, it was so uncomfortable and scary, I panicked and started to doubt the intentions of this energy and was feeling pretty hopeless. The states of mind that this energy can put you in, even if it seems so silly afterwards, I mean I'm relatively young and healthy, you can be totally convinced that you are going to die now. I found this video at just that darkest hour, and it gave me the encouragement I needed to relax, trust and invite with love everything that may come even these intense pains. Almost immediately the energy calmed down and the pain was there still but in a meaningful way, kind of how a massage can be "painful" but its a healing pain that makes sense and so not scary at all. This was such an important step for me, I expect I will have more to deal with in the future but I know this has prepared me well for anything that may come. With all my newly opened heart, thank you Craig. :)
Haha! A couple F-Bombs are refreshing. Regarding the anger - I have enjoyed Dr David R Hawkins book "Letting Go". It has some great pointers on some of these deep emotions. There are a bunch of short clips on youtube. Rupert Spira and Sunny Swarma have some great recordings as well!
You shall have no other gods before you, the father said that. Pray to the father, not the false jesus religion has created. Learn from Christ but don't worship him. Put Christ in you where he already is but you don't know it yet. Christ even said not to worship me at more that one occasion in the bible. The word jesus is a made up word, there was no "J" at the time. Get away from false religions like Christ said, learn the truth (Global Witness) and don't dedicate your prayer to amen (a sun god) for obvious reasons.
Jesus taught everything Craig talked about. Look to Jesus's true teachings, not to what the dogmatic, patriarchal churches want you to believe. The churches teach fear, not love, in order to have power over people. Wake up
