A(n) tunnel/underground foot path in England. What they’re referring to is a scene from Harry Potter: The Order of the Phoenix (the fifth book/movie in the series) where Harry and his cousin are in a tunnel fighting off some creatures called Dementors. I don’t think this is the same tunnel due to this one’s floor slanting upwards and the fact that it’s smaller width-wise, but it does look similar.

Exactly one year ago I saw this video for the first time and was completely overwhelmed, I had found my instrument, the sound that truly calls out to my soul.
Today I own a Manastone, Sunpan and Early on this year I flew to Switzerland to visit PANArt and acquired a Gubal. I play and share my experience with these instruments everyday and I'm now looking into sound from a healing perspective and considering studying to become a soundthreapist. My Life has completely changed since that day, exactly one year ago on my birthday, browsing UA-cam and happened to come by your video.
    Thank you Daniel Waples.

it's not talent. it's passion and dedication. find your passion and you will enjoy life like he does. How? Listen to your heart. Listen to nature. Just listen and observe. Try and fail. and try again. Listen to yourself, get away from everything that makes you feel bad. but before you do that, find why it makes you feel the way it does. Learn. Teach. Love. :)

I’m sure hundred years from now those billion view videos will fade away, but this one will remain as a great milestone of human achievement in musical talent and ingenuity. A masterpiece doesn’t get immediate recognition but it can withstand the blow of time, only time will prove that. Thanks from my heart to the creator and performer of this masterpiece.

I once heard two guys playing handpans in town. I only remember thinking that this was the most beautiful song I've ever heard. Touched me on a deep level. I have no idea though who they were and idiot me was to shy to ask if they have a CD or youtube channel or something. Together with some money I gave them a sketch of them playing I made while sitting nearby and then I left. I truly wish I could go back in time to record it or ask them..

Google "cas cas shaker" and open the 6th link. It's a handpan forum and the article is about the instrument and how it used, using this video as a 'demonstration'.

How do you make the third click with the shaker - tak-tatak? The first two - tak-tak - are obvious, but where's the third coming from?

      ECHO!

      nikos t
Echo would be on everything, not just on one click. I think I got it: after he catches the swinging ball he releases the one in the hand and knocks them together.

the 2nd beat is the recoil when he catches. -.-

SaReGaMa First is clear, second is when it goes around his hand and then he grabs it with his fingers as it recoils from the second click and pushes it again in for the third click.

2:07 2:08 why are his hits out of sync suddenly there? he hits b4 the sound happens in that timeframe. But the hits b4 seem in time so... why is that? if this is all live then there should be nothing out of sync in the same shot at least.

I was walking by the arambol beach to set up my little 'shop' in evening market. And suddenly I heard the familiar tune and I saw him there sitting by and playing, being joyful. It was so beautiful. There were people around him but he seemed to be in his music. I turned around and looked over to ocean sun was setting by and there was such nice breeze. Thank you Daniel :)
