Introducing Spdrtwnbby, the breakout Samoan artist from Avondale. The brainchild of Nia Vavao, Spdrtwnbby is an emerging artist who’s grounded her artistic vision and identity into niche RnB and neo-soul warmth which is a space that we aren’t use to seeing a vast range of kiwi artists own.
From the dreamy persona of a ‘PIXEL PIXIE’ emerges-a digital sprite navigating the labyrinth of new-age romance. Her upcoming single, ‘You and I’ continues the journey of a distant love with nostalgic remnants of the timeless soul queens we love and know splashed across her sound.
