Been watching you on YT for years, so glad to see you posting again. I'm 27 now, and this channel was crucial in my development as a fighter from the start. Much love from Aus 🦘

Is boxing and Muay Thai possible with old knee injuries? Anybody have some experiences to share?
As someone whose suffered with trochlear dysplasia (shallow knee groves leading to worn cartilage) and tons of knee pain: Yes, but you need to know your limitations and know to let off/let yourself heal more.
Try boxing as someone with a knee injury it'd be best to avoid further injury and also strengthen the knee with footwork training
Homestly brother, almost every martial art is reliant on good knees. I saw one of my gym brothers train a couple of months after a surgery and did not go well. Then again it was just a couple of months afterwards so you might be in the clear. However, you have to know that it makes people scared to spar and train with kicks. You have to take care thats the bottom line
Is the magnus app the new myfightgym?
Wow! Super💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪
Shane. What would it cost me to spar with you? Ill travel, ive been watching your videos for years, on top of many years in the dojo (taekwondo) and i love your videos, i want nothing more than to personally learn from you showing me my mistakes (even if it hurts its the best way to learn) TLDR; I would like to spar with you to learn from you. How can i make that happen
Sorry man, I've had too many weird experiences with people trying to take my head off in a "friendly spar" because I'm the FIGHTTIPS guy. I rarely spar these days, anyway. Let's train virtually on MAGNVS, I can still provide my services that way to help you evolve.
@fighttips i totally understand bro lol. How do i get onto the thing you are talking about? Is it an app?
Yep, you can search for MAGNVS on the app stores or go directly to watch.magnvs.io/?campaign=fighttips
