Hi dear. I don't exactly have a "recipe" o.. I just mix flour, milk, sugar, and a pinch of salt together, then whisk some egg whites till it is super foamy. I then add that to my flour mixture, and stir lightly, then start frying. And, I do not have any specific measurements... I just listen to my ancestors!😄🤍🤍

Yes, we froze it. So whenever you want to use it, just bring it out of the freezer and let it defrost, then use very hot water for the extraction👌🏽
