- Every child’s favourite fairy-tale, Sleeping Beauty is the classic story of love and innocence, mystery and magic set to Tchaikovsky’s sublime score.
Stunning choreography, sumptuous costumes and wonderful sets form the fantasy world in which the Lilac Fairy struggles against the evil Carabosse.
The Sleeping Beauty is also a ballet that all can enjoy, even the very young.

That's a heck of a good violinist playing the solo at about 40 minutes.
I would even be surprised to hear a violin concerto performance that was that clean.

i’m crying tears of joy. i think that my neighbors heard me sobbing over the absolute masterpiece that is this dance. i love how they do the same moves in a different order each time- so creative! i can’t believe that this art form is still around, astounding! i love how the music has no beat, and how they never dance to the beat, it gives a sense of freedom. i love how every ballet dance is exactly the same with different costumes, it really keeps the tradition alive! - an avid ballet fan

This performance is amongst some of the most beautiful pieces of work I've ever seen! I give my deepest praise to everyone who worked so hard to make this ballet possible! The dancers, musicians, choreographers, costume designers, directors/producers, the teachers who taught these amazing dancers their skills, and the Classical Ballet and Opera House for making this possible, despite COVID-19 running rampant when this was performed. Overall, I love the dancing, the storyline, and how well the costumes blend in with the original tale of Sleeping Beauty.
Also, the music fits in well with the story.

Wowie! reminds me of my days as pianist for ballet students taking the RAD exams. Had to strictly follow the tempo of students as teacher explains to me that it's hard for them to follow recorded music which could result in the student getting a low grade or even failing😗

Ottimi i passi sulle punte in eundo veloce della ballerina e l'impressione d'esecutivita d'acchito ed i levità fatta tensione motile ed elanista.Ottimo l'impadronimento dello spazio proscenico da parte del ballerino a balzi falcati amplissimi e sforbiciate volanti trasverse. Very nice performance. Excellent school. The Prince reminds me of V. Vasiliev (those jumps). A great Blue bird and Princess Florine. Aurora's variation (3rd act) Excellent! The greatest wolf in History, he has something of Nureyev!!! Incredible. Thank you!
Just watch the Mari El The Nutcracker and decided to watch this. What an excellent performance. It is a small troop, but they have very good dancers. I have watch ballet from all over the world, and enjoyed their performance immensely. Thank you for sharing.

Good production but why to cut the fairies variations? It's not like they would add much more time if that was the problem.
we do our spring plays as childrens ballets so we always make them short, poor lilac didn’t even have her variation
As much as I wish I could learn how to do ballet, I'm far too old to learn how. I'm nearly 19 years old, but I still enjoy trying to learn the basics.
You are never too old, don't make excuses not to go to school and get an education. Try, if you don't like it, change but at least go to ballet school.

This was very beautiful & professionally done. I'm very envious of the elaborate performance these dancers got to display. However, there's no overarching, gravitational pull of emotion, & I found myself skipping scenes to get to more interesting parts. Beautiful, nevertheless.
