After installing a new boiler J i can`t close the top of Vienna. I found your film. Evrything working. Excellent job. Thanks Milen. Pozdrawiam z Gdańska.
thank you for your reply and thanks for the video - you are a real expert! the water is not in the tray - is it possible that the boiler is on even if the light is off and somehow it is boiling away?
Здравей, благодаря за доброто видео - можеш ли да препоръчаш място от където да си закупя необходимите части, понеже за да преспособя новия тип бойлер ще са ми нужни няколко важни компонента който не ги намирам в нета

Hi, I replaced the clamshell Saeco boiler on my Solis 5000 but it takes about 10 minutes to heat up with green light blinking. It used to take about 3 minutes with the old one. Do you have any idea why it now takes so long? Thank you for your videos. They are very helpful.
Hello cause the boiler to heat more slowly is that one heating element is 1090W and the second is 450W . The two halves of the the boiler are identical and can be placed on the weaker half as a main heating element. Then the coffee machine heats up slowly and can not make steam.
Hi Milen, Thank you for reply. I think I might have solved my problem. I ordered a replacement Saeco boiler and I took a closer look at the manufacturers part number #286472858 and I see that it is in fact 230V and not 120V (I'm in the US) so that would explain why it takes so long. Once it is up to temperature, it seems to function just fine. It is just a longer warm up period. Many thanks and great videos.
Hi what standard electricity do you use 120 or 230 volts? Also check the boiler you are replacing. Or you have confused the primary heater -1090 Wats with the secondary heater 437 Wats .
the water in my tank keeps "disappearing" - not leaking. so i unplugged it and the "problem" stops - plug it in only when i want to make coffee - what is wrong? thanks Don Weil
Hi the water should go somewhere if it does not pour out it should fill drip tray or the water tank sealer. I suggest you to open the coffee machine and watch while making coffee. You can download Saeco Vienna parts diagram from Google. To make it easier for you to dismantle it.
