If i remember right it was a few days after this show that they kicked matt out of the band. because he was messing up during live shows to much and also an "unspecified incident" with the guitarist.
Admiro muchisimo a Gerard en este concierto, ni se nota lo deprimido y suicida que esta... y aun asi es capaz de hacer rockear a todas esas personas...
@RawrBiznatch thats right actually i watched an interview with him, he said he didnt pack much as he thought he wouldn't be coming back....im fucking glad he's still here
Matt's last show before being kicked out. I think I read in an AP magazine that they had wanted him to use a click track live and he didnt want to. They eventually booted him when they got back to the states.
haha, you're welcome ;) It's from The House of the Rising Sun by The Animals....although the same line can also be heard at the beginning of Green Day/U2's version of The Saints Are Coming
i hope the new album will be more like CThree Cheers..don't get me wrong, the Black Parade is good..but Bullets & Three Cheers is the real My Chemical Romance greatperformance,by a great band i have a hat that has My Chemical Romance printed on the front in front of a gun..on the back it says Fire At Will :]
@@walmars3curity They were on a tour bus in 2005, yes, but early 2005 still features the van. There are photos of the van while Bob was in the band. One notable set of photos is in late 2004 when the van broke down in Canada.
@@YamatoTorisu Ok, but there's also photos and videos of the band where Gerard is clearly intoxicated on a tour bus (aka when Matt was in the band) so that doesnt really prove anything either. 😂
i really like Otter and as much as i respect him and his drumming ability, and how much he improved between Bullets and Revenge, he wasn’t as technically proficient as Mr. Bryar
Untrue, the drums are way more complex before Parade. Listen to the Revenge instrumentals and just listen to the fills on Bullets. Bob was a marching band drummer; his skill probably just came from that. Matt was the real punk drummer. On another note, Bob never played the Revenge fills live like Matt did, as he didn't write them.
@@YamatoTorisu matt is a great drummer, and i think that each official mcr drummer were perfect for each of their respective eras, and yes, while matt certainly came from punk roots, he wasn’t particularly clean live very much. not as much as bob. just in my opinion, and i think it was especially important for the black parade to have a drummer that served the song as well as bob did, he featured a lot of drum parts that were almost like hooks. and i just value that more than matt’s aggression, but like i said it’s just my opinion, and probably like you, i love the band with my heart, and i love whoever’s behind the kit for them. the only drummer i actually didn’t like was mike pedicone probably but that’s neither here nor there lol
@@versaillestheband5178 your opinion is very much respected. And I agree about Mike. He had nothing going for him except for the fact that he was a drummer. Bob had his own style and so did Otter. Mike just had nothing special.

Looking through these old comments... wow.
yes this is the last show they played with Matt Pelissier..it's also the last show before Gerard got sober.

What is a click track live?
@@richardace4029 its like a metronome so the drummer and musicians stay on beat.
@TryAgainDeathMen he does but there are some earlier shows where he jacks up on its not a fashion statement
Matt Pelissier, former member of MCR, now replaced by Bob Bryar. :)
Lars Christian Jakobsen now replaced by Jacob Alexander (mcrs touring drummer) and then disbanded
