- 2 tbsp red miso paste

- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp light brown sugar
- ½ tbsp white sesame seeds
TOASTED SESAME TONKATSU SAUCE
- 4 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 4 tsp soy sauce
- 4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 ½ tbsp water
