Besides the build I see great ideas and I'm only half way through the video. the sanding spindle on the drill press and making his own t-track was something that never crossed my mind, dude is a creative genius
Excellent. Great tip on drill extra hole using the hole saw to prevent dust and burning. Thank you for sharing.
When I decided to build one of these, yours was the first channel I went to. Excellent and thank you sir.

Ingenious design
Un bel progetto Italia biutiful 💯💯💯💯💯👍👏👏👏
Nice project
Great job sir, and a great idea, I am going to make this.😀
I really enjoy the approach you take when executing your work - very efficient and neat. That in itself is a key step in being able to deliver consistent, quality results. Apart from being into fabrication, fixing stuff and restoration, I'm a Chef and the same approach is key. Keep your tools in tip top condition, keep your station clean and organised and have a plan (with contingency) before you rip some ply or dice an onion. Ooh, and enjoy it too.
I look forward to seeing how your channel develops.
All the best from Scotland!
Nice. I liked the tip about the drilling a second hole to prevent burning when using the hole saw...didn't know that.
great wood work ,not to teach you but next time get an aluminium curtian rail for t .track , save blade for wood work . great projects you do.
9:50 Some magic dust to make everything work perfectly. 👍
This is awesome
you are soooo special! Love it!
Abraço aqui do Brasil
Well done
Very neat using the backside of the tablesaw fence👍
Nice-- One suggestion: if you insert the gray pipe on the lower backside of the vacuum box, and run it straight out the side you would not have to reach back and under the pipe to close out the wing nuts?
perfect.💯👍👏👏👏🏻👏👏👏👏👏
SUPER....🔨
Given my limited skill and no table saw...i may have to buy one
good and nice work ........

Oh. Only watched a minute and a half...
1. NEVER freehand cut something along a scribed line on the tablesaw!
2. The wood should go under the blade guard when face jointing. At least when having a european guard which is the case here.
2b. Don't leave the board at a stand still to reposition halfways when jointing. Pressure should be on outfeed table as soon as there is enough board to push on and the forward motion should be continius without stops.
3. Offcut should never be squeezed, always give it room to move. Which not is the case at the cross cut sled at 1.25
I recommend you browse for some machinery safety tips and trix before an accident happen...and before showing your methods of work on youtube. All the best/Ola
Totally agree, would hate for a newbie to watch this and employ some of the horribly dangerous practices demonstrated here in their own workshop.
Came here to say this
You wanna re-saw like that? Get a band saw and make a sled. That free hand cut where you stand behind the work piece was plain stupid.
@@trumpking4874 If you have a woodworking channel on UA-cam it comes with a certain level of responsibility to not show dangerous ways of working. I don't mind what people do in their garages but when they present on public platforms it's a different story.
Classy *****
Super excellent work of piece. Keep up the good work. I would like to try it... but is there any free plans for this project?
Great job on the lift mechanism, but how do you lock the depth of the bit? I am concerned that vibration will altered the setting.
Love it. Can you tell me what kind of wood you have on your router table (the greyish one)? Thank you!
It's an engineered flooring like Pergo
Hey, great project. Just to follow up on the flooring used…. I’m assuming this makes the work surface more protected, easier to move the work piece and resilient to damage? Thanks in advance 😀
Good work 👌
I watched the whole project, amazing craftsmanship and ingenuity. love it thanks for sharing. one question - it appeared on the last frame that you removed the t slot on the router fence. if so, why?
sorry, i didn't removed the t-slot from the fence, possible it looks on the video like removed, but it's still there ) if i understand you right... Thanks
what is the grey wood grain finish material you show on the saw and router?
👍👍👍
Well done - what material of wood are you using? looks rigid and strong
it's pine, my friend, not super strong material, but good enough when no where to buy a plywood due to quarantine :) thanks
The laminate that you use, is the same for the parquet? Could i know the thickness?
What kind of glue Is that?
I never thought to use parquet for the surfaces, but is a very smart choose, becouse in Italy i could buy for about 7-8€/mq.
yes, it's 10mm flooring laminate. I used a super glue (cyanoacrylate). Thanks
@@GRINwood thanks
😍😍😍 ❤❤❤
What kind of board is that Grey board, flooring, panel? How thick is it?
Nice tool. 👍👏👏. What is the grey (wood -) material (plates) you are using for a lot of your tools and what are the advantages of it? Regards, Nobby from Germany.
that is laminate flooring material. it's really handy for a lot of things. you can make nice boxes with them too. they look really nice and don't need any finishing.
@@felixreali7101 thanks and what is the material thickness you are using, 10 mm?
did you used an old disk to cut the alluminium?
Any plans for this router fence
👍
Hello, May I know where you bought the gray 40 hose clamp. Thanks George
i have the same cold woodshop and no deformation was noticed or these deformations are negligible
@@GRINwood Ha ok merci pour votre réponse
Where can I get the templates that you printed out?
💣
Hmm im actually confused are you also jackofall channel can you check it i found your videos there
Hello, what is the thickness of the laminate, is it 10mm?
Yes, it's 10mm
💯💯💯👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻❤️❤️❤️❤️
Are the dimensions of the fence available

.👍👍👍👍
Freehand cuts with a table saw? Never, never, NEVER do that!!!
Che banco sega hai?
If that's recorded in HD, I think you need to clean your lens!
Yes, i record my videos in HD, but i see a good quality (as for me). Possible you see poor video quality because UA-cam set up 480p as default, try to change it to 1080p.
