Updates: 10/5 -after listening to this a couple times I feel nauseous .. be careful with this one. also theres a painful tingling sensation on my h1ps and my abd_men feels like I did sit ups?? 10/6 -today I noticed that my @nkle/c@lves are less.. like an american girl doll's haha. my c@lves and @nkles have def gotten sl1mm3r. Even my mom said that my l3gs looked nice, which was really out of the blue.
