I think that blush method is also called draping. I even go further and swipe the blush over my outer lids. Just something I did by mistake once, but it looked really flattering.
Really great to see someone take techniques and products typically designed for western features and make everything make sense for Asians! Sending love from Hong Kong! 🧡🧡🧡
Katie Jane Hughes did really good with the martini cup thing but it’s sooooo hard actually, the blush trick really made a difference!!! Thanks for sharing! ❤️
I saw a difference in your eyes and lips with CT Masterclass tips. Absolutely flattering. That flick opened up your eyes and the lip liner and smudge technique made your lips full and looked plumped. Thanks for sharing. I'm trying it out on myself next.
YES!!!!! I thought you looked great before but honestly all of these changes are GREAT for you. I like every single new technique on you. I can understand why you might not feel comfortable because it’s a super glamorous beautiful look on you and you like a sort of androgynous look with your clothing. But seriously this is soooo much better in my opinion. The cheek is just soooooo much better. The lips are gorgeous too. Honestly I am just blown away at the difference.
OMG Michele, I haven’t even watched the video to the end, but wanted to say WOW 🤩 Looks great on you, the lips included. Now, I’ll watch till the end 🥰
@brunodinora I just found your channel and what a graceful lady you are, love how eloquent you sound in your videos and the passion in your explanations 💕
Fantastic tips, thank you. I've been in love with Charlotte recently. I just went on her website and got some black Friday deals, 3 eyeshadow palettes and 3 lipsticks for 40% off!
I've watched your channel for quite some time Michelle without comment. Just watched this..and wow!! Those tricks have really worked..you do look even more beautiful than normal. Amazed,!
I really like the way the makeup looks on camera! You may feel uncomfortable with over lining your upper lip but it’s very flattering and natural looking. Thanks for sharing the tips. xx
Also you can use blush to sculpt just like contour. Alot of people put there blush on the apples but with different placement you can lift your face :)
concealer application, martini glass flick, blush swirl...all fun tips to try. like so many, maybe like you, i’ve had a particularly hard time during this pandemic with serious illness in my family and being separated from them for so long. your videos have been my calming companion during many sleepless nights. wishing you only good things for the holidays.
ooh michele i love the eye look !!!!!! i’m sooo bad with winged liner because of my uneven hooded asian eyes... a favourite tutorial of mine is lisa eldridge’s video on the baby wing - it seems so simple when she does it !! i’ve always applied blush quite far back & high up too, but i think blush placement also depends on face shape. thank you so much for sharing all these tips ! 💗
Im really digging the blush tip, I can’t wait to give it a shot, there’s a lot to be said for considered makeup, I can’t remember when I took the time last ☺️ thanks for your generosity and sharing those tips with us all👌🏽 @lapeaupeau
Lips look very pretty and not overdone. Also while I know about the sculpted blush look the application has always been trial and error with me. I love how you showed that step so clearly. Going to give that method a try now. 🍸 - Yesss!!!! That's genius way to think of it lol.
I started using the Skinfix after seeing it on Michele's video a couple of weeks ago. I purchased it during the Sephora VIB sale and I love it. I use it at night, I have oily skin. But it makes my skin feel great, nice and soft and hydrated. I live in the LA area and I can imagine how cool it gets in Vegas during the winter months.
I used to put blush higher on the cheek bones. I think this is a more high fashion look, however, I find just putting on a pop of color on my cheeks after bronzer gives me a more youthful, pretty look. That is what I am going for at this point (age) in my life.
@skincaringmom I love Charlotte tilbury and whenever I hear her name I say it in my head the way theresa is dead says it in the goofy English accent hahaha
I hear a lot of Americans pronounce it like Tilberry, but it’s pronounced Tilbry. There’s a really bad place in England called Tilbury and it always makes us laugh that such a posh person with such a posh make up line has the same name 🤣
Great tips! I’m going to watch again. Heating my mascara curler first then putting on waterproof mascara helps hold the curl. Using a tapered eyebrow brush and dip into my mascara wand then dab that at my eyelash root bed works the best. Long lashes and natural looking
💖Michele...this is the most flattering look I've seen on you!!! Your eyes are sooo beautiful (you are beautiful anyway) and your lips are so naturally bigger and all the tips works stunning on you!!! Thank you for sharing!!!💖💖💖
Wonderful CT makeup tips! I attended two previously for Tom Ford last month, and a Chanel beauty director from Chanel.com that Nordstrom had set up for me and I found the advice very usefuI, she answered my questions regarding Chanel products and issues on using them. I feel you did a great job bringing the tips to us- thank you! I actually prefer doing these, because I can use my own products. I would love more Masterclass makeup tips should you do this again. Thank you again so much for sharing with us your tribe! 😊 I will never be able to look at a martini glass again without thinking about this! 😆
Michele, I really like this look on you! It’s lovely. Can’t wait to try on myself. I may have gotten a little lost at “martini glass” but that’s OK. I struggle with winged liner the most. Anyway, I feel like it wasn’t any mind-blowing, life-changing tips but more reiterating things we have heard & how to do them properly in order to accentuate & compliment a variety of faces best. I hope that makes sense. Point is, I thoroughly enjoyed this. I love to learn & anything that involves Michele Wang, Charlotte T., & makeup-COUNT ME IN!!!! Thanks again!!! Xoxo ♥️
It looks REALLY good. I love the lip look. It doesn’t look like make up even, just like perfect features! I’m going to use these tips & practice. Thanks for sharing these tips! As I age I have been trying steps like these, but some of these are new to me, like the blush. So good!
Oh Mish...Bravo and Mic drop...lifted brightened and just a tad more 2020..if we didn't catch up every couple of years I would still be looking very 1974...hehehe...we teach most what we need to learn in this world..so patient ..thank you sweets..and who would have thought wearing martini glasses was so elegant ...biggest hugs Shenn 💐💐💐💐
Haven't purchased anything yet from CT since her products are on pricier side but I do have a long wish list which awaits better days. Love the 'martini glass' trick, will definitely try that out. You look so gorgeous here, wow, cannot stop staring, sorry :) Even your dramatic looks are still so wearable 😍
I love love love blush on the apples of my cheeks, but this way of blush looks beautiful too...might have to try it (I already know I will sneak back in to the center of my face with more blush 😁)...over lined lips look very nice as well!
Thank you for sharing those tips with us Michele. You look stunning and with that blush tip it showed just how high your cheekbones are. I am definitely going to try it. Have a great day :) x
Great tips, Thank you so much for sharing with us all. I love the eye look, I definitely want to try the "martini glass" I struggle with the flick look, love it, I just snuggle so I really like this technique.
Hi Michelle, you look great love this makeup look. I feel like your eyea have more dimension. I am Asian and find following makeup ideas for non-Asians are difficult to apply to myself but your instructions and final look was awesome. I'm goimg to practice! Thank you ❤
The blush technique is incredible! I was surprised at what a difference this made. I also loved the eye liner flick! I'm terrible at doing a a winged eyeliner and think this may help.
Loved this video, Michele! Really enjoyed the techniques and am looking forward to trying some of them, especially the flick! Thanks for thinking to share this information with us.
Thanks, going to try that heat finger rubbing technique as my hands are usually cold. The usual let the product warm with the heat of your finger doesn’t work for me annoyingly. Liked the look but like your usual look too.
Thank you sooo much. I found this captivating and I learnt so much. I am currently buying new make up and this helps me decide what to try first as well as how to apply.
❤️
Hi Wayne! ❤️
Wayne I’m being gifted with some products from your line...by myself🍀So excited. Thanks and grace and peace from USA
Love you Wayne and the products that you create they are wonderful🥰💓💓
You are such a gentleman Mr Goss .......loyalty is priceless!❤️
I soooo enjoyed these tips.. and you did an amazing job describing and using them on yourself! 💯
Your ‘overdrawn’ lips look gorgeous. So does the softened flick
I think that blush method is also called draping.
I even go further and swipe the blush over my outer lids. Just something I did by mistake once, but it looked really flattering.
Actually draping is applying two blush one darker than the other, and kinda sculpt the cheek with both. It kinda contour, but without contour.
Michelle, I have never seen you look prettier....keep doing it the Charlotte way...so so pretty.
The blusher technique looks amazing, like a facelift, not that you need one.
The lips made you look younger! I love it. All those tips are really on point. Thank you for sharing them.
What a great set of tips -- and I really enjoy how you walked us through them.
Really great to see someone take techniques and products typically designed for western features and make everything make sense for Asians! Sending love from Hong Kong! 🧡🧡🧡
I cannot get over how you do your eyes, especially lining your eyes with your eyes wide open, without flickering!! That's talent!
Oh, you look so stunning, but mostly you lips. I simply love how your lips look. Great tips, Thanks you!
Katie Jane Hughes did really good with the martini cup thing but it’s sooooo hard actually, the blush trick really made a difference!!! Thanks for sharing! ❤️
Thank you! ❤️

What a beautiful look on you! The eye look is really beautiful. Can’t wait to try the martini glass technique.

OMG LOVE how you smudged the shadow on your lower lash totally opened up the eyes
Ok, how many of ya’ll were rubbing your fingers against your palm with Michele? 😆
Thanks for sharing the tips! 💕 @ayayai555
OMG Michele, I haven’t even watched the video to the end, but wanted to say WOW 🤩 Looks great on you, the lips included. Now, I’ll watch till the end 🥰
Thank you Kris! xoxo
Oh my gosh, I watched this video last night and tried your eyeliner trick and I LOVE it!! Oh, and the lip liner...love that too!!
@brunodinora I just found your channel and what a graceful lady you are, love how eloquent you sound in your videos and the passion in your explanations 💕
Yes i agree. I always put my concealer lower. For one u dont crease ..and ur circles are lower..soo many benefits to applying lower
Fantastic tips, thank you. I've been in love with Charlotte recently. I just went on her website and got some black Friday deals, 3 eyeshadow palettes and 3 lipsticks for 40% off!
Woohoo!!! 40% off is such an amazing deal! Hope you had a great holiday Iris! xoxo
Agree! Lips like that makes you look youthful!
Really nice look. Love the flick, and of course a ‘dirty’ martini.
I've watched your channel for quite some time Michelle without comment. Just watched this..and wow!! Those tricks have really worked..you do look even more beautiful than normal. Amazed,!
That’s a really interesting eye look. Truthfully, I like your own style better. You always look great!
I loved it. Sometimes trying new techniques are fun!
agreed
I have to respectfully disagree! I think this is the best eye look I've seen on her! Loved the eyeliner!
@@amygraham6959 I think so as well it looks great on her
It is a lot more makeup than Michelle usually wears, quite harsh. I think for us older ladies less is more, especially under the eyes
Me too... I think harsh lines ages!
Thanks for sharing with us, Michelle! I love the martini trick - can’t wait to try it. And your lips look amazing in that liner and lipstick.
I never noticed the cheekbone swoosh! Now im going to notice that when i re-watch her tutorials
Michelle I think your eyes look amazing! As a fellow Asian, we’re always looking for ways to turn our eyes up a bit! Love it. @ingbehappy
concealer application, martini glass flick, blush swirl...all fun tips to try. like so many, maybe like you, i’ve had a particularly hard time during this pandemic with serious illness in my family and being separated from them for so long. your videos have been my calming companion during many sleepless nights. wishing you only good things for the holidays.
Just started dipping my feet into Charlotte Tilbury so this was incredibly helpful! Thank you! @ernink

The Skinfix sounds very good. Living in Las Vegas my skin is super dry. I got to try it. Thanks for the video @Rosijade87

Elvi Lopez Thank you. I definitely need to try it😀

I love that the message I am taking away from this is that it's important to keep learning and trying new things :)

I'm sure it feels and looks so different to overdraw the center of your lips, but they look absolutely beautiful! Thanks for sharing these tips.
@skincaringmom I love Charlotte tilbury and whenever I hear her name I say it in my head the way theresa is dead says it in the goofy English accent hahaha
Saaaaame 🤣🤣🤣
OMG SAME! Hello, fellow garbage person.
@@SuperStarr817 hahaha I love it! Hello my fellow garbage person 😘

Looove this look on you Michele! And I think the over-lined lips look so good on you! Beautiful look as always. ❤️

Amazing tip for the lips & cheeks. It had a natural beautifying effect.
Thank you for never covering up your freckles! I learned to love mine watching your videos💗 IG:@sadbuttrue.e

I really enjoyed those tips. For women of a "certain age", we can use all the help we can get! IG handle: sacred_rain
Loving the warming of your fingers tip, so simple yet likely effective !
The blush placement, the lips and the minimal powder really become you!
Michele, I really like this look on you! It’s lovely. Can’t wait to try on myself. I may have gotten a little lost at “martini glass” but that’s OK. I struggle with winged liner the most. I love most of CT products except her new mascara. I also loved all your tips.
The blush tip was great and the overlined lipstick really suited you. Thank you
I dont usually comment, however, I love the little wingy liner and your lip application is very flattering on you!!!
It looks REALLY good. I love the lip look. It doesn’t look like make up even, just like perfect features! I’m going to use these tips & practice. Thanks for sharing these tips! As I age I have been trying steps like these, but some of these are new to me, like the blush. So good!
@gina_miller09 Thanks again Michelle!!
I loved the tip about the blush as well as the flick. Very difficult to do a flick. I cannot seem to understand the process. Will keep trying.
Lots of great tips, Michele. Thank you so much. Overdrawing the lips just in the middle was a new one for me. You look beautiful as usual!
I love this blush placement! Also the lips look beautiful!
Michelle I love this look on you........it enhanced your beautiful eyes! I love a wing and fuller lips! 😍
The blush trick is totally new to me ( not that I master the others😂). I will try it for sure. Not only eyes are challenging at the age of 46😉.
Ugh, I just loved the finish look.
Awesome tips. Love the blush and the eye liner tips are so helpful. I too would be iffy on the lipliner tips but intriguing. Loved your look.
I love love love blush on the apples of my cheeks, but this way of blush looks beautiful too...might have to try it (I already know I will sneak back in to the center of my face with more blush 😁)...over lined lips look very nice as well!
Love Charlotte Tilbury products!!! Would love more to try!
Thank you for sharing those tips with us Michele. You look stunning and with that blush tip it showed just how high your cheekbones are. I am definitely going to try it. Have a great day :) x
these tips were wonderful. this was your best look so far!
The blush application is a great tip! Thanks for sharing 💕
Love all the tricks and your lips look so luscious with the liner!

Thank you so much for sharing. Amazing techniques. I loved especially the lip and cheek one.
Great video, you always do your make up so elegantly. I love, love Charlotte Tilbury.
Well done on the flick Michelle, I’m 51 now and I just have never been able 🤷♀️
Great tips! I feel like they took your already beautiful look to a new level! ❤️
Thanks, going to try that heat finger rubbing technique as my hands are usually cold. The usual let the product warm with the heat of your finger doesn’t work for me annoyingly. Liked the look but like your usual look too.
This is the nicest eyemakeup i have EVER seen on you! What a difference! Keep it this way, it flatters you so much! 😍
The brush clutch! Oh my...
Beautiful products! Once I use up each and every product I own, then I'll purchase CT!
I’ve been following you for a while now and have tried several products you’ve recommended (skin fix!). Schellergina says keep the suggestions coming!
Thank you sooo much. I found this captivating and I learnt so much. I am currently buying new make up and this helps me decide what to try first as well as how to apply.
