One of those chemical plants is on the Northside and a few JEA waste treatment centers is also on the Northside. The other chemical plant is on the west side and all of the other waste treatment centers are spread around the city. But there is also the stench that rises from the rivers during very low tide this city needs a very aggressive dredging program
IT'S THE CITY'S CLOGGED PIPES. Runoff drains, sewage pipes etc none of that has been maintained for YEARS and now it periodically rots, hence the smell. It was neglected under Brown and now Curry is letting our utilities slip too. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
Its all the dopers smoking that Loud weed. One question do you all have a land fill near or in the city. Dayton Ohio had a odor issue. It turned out to be a drainage issue.

In 32207 the faucet water smell like rotten eggs. The same as the air I’m always buying bottle water. The water is really bad on one’s teeth also….
